WEBDOKS
To Access WEBDOKS:
1. Go to the Kinney homepage www.kinneyassoc.com
2. Click on the blue oval labeled WebDoKs
3. Enter your Ksystems Username as the WebDoKs Username
4. Enter your Ksystems Password as the WebDoKs Password
5. Click the box next to the words Ksystems login
6. Choose the appropriate region
7. Click Next
To Upload Documents:
1. Scan documents into your computer or server. (See your building/district IT person to set up for document scanning)
2. In WebDoKs, choose Save Documents on WebDoKs
3. Select the name of your district
4. Choose the name of the therapist to whom the document relates
5. Choose the name of the student to whom the document relates
6. Choose a title for the document (When naming documents, be sure to clearly label them so they may be easily found years after you put them into WebdoKs)
7. Click the “Browse” button
8. Find the name of the document you wish to upload into WebdoKs on your computer/server (or wherever you scanned it to), highlight the name of the document, and click open
9. To upload the document, click the button labeled “Store Documents”
10. The successfully uploaded document will appear in the section titled “Recently Uploaded Files”
11. To upload additional documents, go back to step 3
To Retrieve Documents:
1. Click on the words “Retrieve Documents” on the left hand side of the page
2. Choose any of the appropriate search methods to retrieve your document(s). You may utilize one of the search methods or any combination of the search methods to retrieve your document(s)
3. Choose an upload date range to search for the document(s)
4. Search the viewable records for the desired document
5. Click on the folder icon of the desired document to open the pop-up page displaying the details for the chosen document
6. To download the document from WebdoKs, click on the word Download in the document details pop-up window
7. Click on the word open to open the document without having to save it on a foreign computer
8. The document now appears exactly as it was scanned into WebdoKs
9. To close the document, “X out” of the page showing the document
10. To return to the page listing all of the documents, X out of the document details pop-up window
To Delete Documents:
1. Click on the words “Retrieve Documents” on the left hand side of the page
2. Choose any of the appropriate search methods to retrieve your document(s). You may utilize one of the search methods or any combination of the search methods to retrieve your document(s)
3. Choose an upload date range to search for the document(s)
4. Search the viewable records for the desired document
5. Click on the folder icon of the desired document to open the pop-up page displaying the details for the chosen document
6. Click “Delete” in the pop-up page displaying the details for the chosen document
7. Click OK if you wish to delete the document from WebDoKs. Once a document is deleted, the only way to get the document back is to upload the document a second time
