SSI REPORT:

 

1. Log into Ksystems.

 

2. At the main menu, click on Reports.

 

3. In the dropdown menu, select SSI Report.

 

 

 

4. Select the school year for which the SSI information will be reviewed. Once the school year is selected, hit the “Click Here to Produce Report” button.

 

 

 

5. A list of all SSI students will appear. Click the check box for each appropriate name to submit into Ksystems that the district has the SSI release on file. Once all appropriate names are checked, hit the “Update SSI Student Data” button to submit the information into Ksystems.

 

 

 

6. Once the “Update SSI Student Data” button has been selected, the page will refresh. A message stating the SSI data has been successfully updated.
