EDIT THERAPIST DATA

 

1. Log on to Ksystems with an administrator ID.

 

2. In the main menu, choose Administrator Menu. In the drop down choices, select Edit Therapist Data.

 

 

3. The district will be pre-set with the district tied to the administrator ID.

 

4. Find the name of the therapist whose name, email, therapy type, license number, registration expiration date, or title needs to be edited. Click edit in the user’s line.

 

 

5. Find the appropriate user information to be edited, highlight the appropriate box, and make the change(s).

 

6. To make the changes, click Update.

 

 

7. If the wrong user’s name appears, click Cancel Update to return to the User Listing.

 

8. All changes will appear as the page updates and returns to the User Listing.

 

 

To make a currently active user inactive:

 

9.      Follow steps one through four above.

 

10.  Click the check box next to the words “Therapist Inactive”.

 

11.  Click Update.

 

 

12.  The page will refresh and return to the User Listing. The user is now inactive.

 

 

To make a currently inactive user active:

 

13.  Follow steps one through four above.

 

14.  Click the check box next to the words “Therapist Inactive”.

 

15.  Click Update.

 

 

16.  The page will refresh and return to the User Listing. The user is once again active.

 

17.  If the user is unable to log on, please have the administrator call the helpdesk at 1-800-249-6004 x127 to have the user’s password reset.
