RESETTING A LOST/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

1. Log on to Ksystems with an administrator ID and password.

2. At the main menu bar, select Administrator Menu. In the dropdown choices, select Edit Therapist Data.

3. Find the name of the user whose password needs to be reset. Click the blue words “Reset Password” for the user.

4. Go back to the line with the user’s name. A text box will appear where the words “Reset Password” appeared. Enter a temporary password for the user in the text box. The password must be a minimum of 6 characters and contain a combination of numbers and letters.

5. After typing a temporary password, click “Update”. The page will refresh, and a message stating “Password has been successfully reset!” will appear at the top of the therapist list.

6. The user’s password has been reset to the temporary password assigned. The Username will always remain the same. When the user logs on for the first time after the password has been reset, he/she will be required to change the password for security purposes.
