LAST THERAPIST LOGIN

The Last Therapist Login is a tool available only for District Administrators. This tool allows administrators to view the most recent login to Ksystems by any therapist or district user assigned a username.

1. To access the Last Therapist Login feature, first log into Ksystems.

2. At the main menu, click on the words Administrator Menu.

3. In the drop down box, select Last Therapist Login.

4. The report showing all logins for your district now appears.

5. By clicking on one of the column headings, the report may be viewed by Username, therapist last name, therapist first name, therapy type, or last login.

6. If choosing last login, the most recent logins will appear at the bottom of the page. To view those logins, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

7. Any names at the top of the list showing a blank last login are users who have NEVER successfully logged into Ksystems.

8. This tool allows for monitoring logins of therapists and district users to ensure that reporting of services through Ksystems occurs on a regular basis.

9. For other options available in Ksystems, choose an option from the menu listings at the top of the page.
