CHANGING A PASSWORD FOR THE FIRST TIME

1. Each user in Ksystems must change his or her password every sixty days for security purposes.

2. All passwords must contain both letters and numbers, and each password must be a minimum of six characters long.

3. The same password may not be repeated within 180 days (6 months).

4. After 60 days, the user will automatically be prompted by Ksystems to change his or her password upon logging in.

5. Go to www.kinneyassoc.com. Click on the blue oval labeled Ksystems. Click the name of the appropriate region.

6. Enter the assigned Username and Password at the login screen. Click Login. (Your Username will NEVER change)

7. Read the Certification statement. If you agree, click on the words “I agree with the above and wish to continue”.

8. Once at the Change Password prompt, enter the current password.

9. Next, enter a new password using a combination of letters and numbers. Remember, the new password must be a minimum of 6 characters long.

10. Confirm the new password by entering it into the box labeled Confirm New Password.

11. After a successful change of password, a message stating “Your Password has been changed successfully” will appear. Click on the words Click here to Continue.

12. The next time logging into Ksystems, use the Username assigned by the District Administrator and the new password you created. The Username will ALWAYS be the same ID assigned by the District Administrator.
