LOST OR FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS:

To change a lost or forgotten password, the user must have already changed his or her password at least once as prompted by Ksystems.

If a password has never been changed, please contact the District Administrator for the correct Username and Password.

If unsuccessful, contact the District Administrator. The District Administrator will assign a temporary password which will provide the user with the ability to regain access to Ksystems.

If a password has been successfully changed at least once, continue with these directions.

1.  Contact the district’s Ksystems Administrator. The administrator will assign a temporary password.

2. Go to www.kinneyassoc.com and click on the Ksystems link.

3. Select the appropriate region from the list.

4. Now type in the Username and temporary password assigned by the District Administrator and click Login.

Note: The Username will NEVER change.

5. Read the certification and click the “I agree with the above and wish to continue” statement.

6. As soon as the login is complete, a prompt to change the password will appear.

7. In the Current Password screen, enter the temporary password assigned by the district’s Ksystems Administrator. Then create a new password with a combination of letters and numbers. It must also be a minimum of 6 characters long.

8. Confirm the new password created, and Click Change Password. This will be your password until prompted by Ksystems to change the password after 60 days.

9. A confirmation will appear when the password is successfully changed. Click on the statement “Click here to continue”.

10. The main menu now appears. Now services may be submitted, or reports may be viewed.

11. If the attempt to change the lost or forgotten password was unsuccessful, please have the district’s Ksystems Administrator contact the Kinney Helpdesk at 518-371-0176 x127 for assistance. For security reasons, only requests from the district’s Ksystems Administrator will be honored.
