1. Log in to
Ksystems with an administrator ID. At the blue main menu bar, select

2. To create a custom report that displays Service Details for your district, click on Service Details on the menu on the right hand side of the page.

3. Begin creating the custom report by selecting a service. All services may be selected, or the report can be tailored to show one specific service.

4. Select a start date for the search. The Start Date is the first date that will be shown in the custom made report. The date may be typed in the Start box or selected from the calendar by clicking on the calendar icon to the right of the Start box.

5. Select an end date for the search. The End Date is the last date that will be shown in the custom made report. The date may be typed in the End box or selected from the calendar by clicking on the calendar icon to the right of the End box.

6. Click the Submit button.

7. The custom created report will display on the following screen. This example report if for the Kinney Demonstration District and shows all OT services successfully submitted between September 3, 2008 and December 19, 2008.

8. The report may be filtered by student last name, student first name, therapist last name, therapist first name, therapy, or mode by typing the necessary information into the appropriate filter box at the top of each column and then clicking on the funnel icon for the column. This next illustration shows the report above filtered to show only OT services entered between September 3, 2008 and December 19, 2008 by Therapist Last ‘Donohue’.

9. Additional custom reports can be created by changing the Service type, Start Date, or End Date. To return to the Report Center Home, click on the blue Home tab at the top of the page.
